What is Restorative Justice? [Video]

So often people ask us what restorative justice is. In this video, Teresa Canning, Executive Director of North Shore Restorative Justice Society explains it in simple terms we can all understand.

In order to maintain neutrality and reduce the potential for bias and the appearance of bias, we require a third party to contact all parties involved in the crime or conflict, confirm their voluntary participation, and then make the referral to our organization.)
