Kaitlin is an international development professional passionate about social justice and holistic community thriving. With a breadth of experience working at NGOs in different sectors, including anti-human trafficking, environmentalism, and community development, she sees RJ principles as those which provide the impetus for societal healing and flourishing. Kaitlin holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology and a master's in Development Management. Kaitlin is glad to utilize her experience in program management and policy writing to support the Governance and JEDI committees.
Outside of her professional life, Kaitlin enjoys playing soccer, hiking, eating ramen with friends and a good book.
