Rob Gloor is honoured to join the North Shore Restorative Justice Society as the Interim Executive Director. Rob comes to NSRJ with over 30 years of rich and varied leadership experience in non-profit and charitable organizations across Canada. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Western University and an MBA from Queen’s University, enhanced by specialized training in marketing, fundraising, strategic planning, and non-profit management. In 2022, Rob completed UBC’s Certificate in Organizational Coaching and became a member of the International Coaching Federation. Rob is deeply committed to the principles of restorative justice, recognizing the power of healing, accountability, and community in addressing harm and fostering reconciliation. As he steps into his role, Rob is excited to contribute his organizational expertise towards expanding the impact of restorative justice on the North Shore.
